SMS365 is prepaid: you top up credit by card, and messages are drawn from your balance at 10c a segment. You're always in credit, when the balance runs out, sending pauses until you top up, so there's never a surprise bill. On a trial or an invoice arrangement, an admin can add credit directly.
Yes. Your Billing page shows a statement like a bank's, an opening balance, every top-up, adjustment, refund and message charge in the period with credits and usage side by side and the balance carried down after each, then a closing balance. Download it as a CSV, or pull it from the API. Sub-accounts share one family wallet, consolidated onto the one statement.
A standard SMS is 160 GSM characters (70 if it contains an emoji or a curly quote). A longer message is sent as multiple segments, and both the count and the price reflect that, a 300-character text is two segments, so 20c. The composer shows the segment count and cost before you send.
Every marketing message carries a working unsubscribe link unique to that recipient. One tap adds their number to your suppression list and they're blocked from future sends automatically, no reply parsing, no manual list-keeping. It's enforced for you, as the Spam Act requires.
